Does virt-who Support Xen Full Virtualization on IA64 Hardware?
Updated
What is virt-who?
`virt-who` is a tool that can interrogate a hypervisor for information about virtual machines running on that host. Supported hypervisors are discussed further in [What Is virt-who and on Which RHEL Releases Is It Supported?](https://access.redhat.com/site/articles/479833)
Xen Full Virtualisation Running on IA64
Unfortunately, we are unable to support `virt-who` on Xen hypervisors running in Full Virtualisation mode on IA64 hardware.
In this case, the hypervisor is not able to report the full level of detail required for Subscription Manager. As RHEL 5 has reached Production 3 Phase and RHEL on Itanium has reached End Of Life, making the kernel changes to support virt-who on Itanium hardware is out of scope for support.
