Notable Enhancements
Heketi LVM Optimizations (BZ#1772612)
For better synchronization of LVM metadata between the gluster container and the container host, execute the commands in the namespace of the host. Wrapper scripts are available in the container to perform these executions in a different namespace and heketi will call them instead.
Deprecated features
End of Support for gluster-swift (BZ#1782755 & BZ#1782764)
S3 Compatible Object store is only available with OCS 3.11.4 and older releases.
Note
gluster-swift containers will not be shipped after OCS 3.11.5.
Deprecation of Red Hat Enterprise Linux Atomic Host (BZ#1728537)
Support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux Atomic Host is deprecated as of Red Hat OpenShift Container Storage 3.11.5. Existing deployments that upgrade to Red Hat OpenShift Container Storage 3.11.5 remain supported.
