How do I contact my Organization Administrator (Org Admin)

An Organization Administrator helps manage users associated with their organization's account. They can manage users and control access and permissions, for example, to create or view Technical Support cases or to work on managed services.

Red Hat has provided several options so that users can reach out to organization administrators associated with their account:

  • The This content is not included.Console's Virtual Assistant. This chatbot can send an email to your Org Admins on your behalf with a short message about what access or permissions you are looking for. This option does not display the contact information of the Org Admins to you, it sends a mass email to all Org Admins associated with your account.
  • By contacting Customer Service. They can help you if you need further help getting in touch with your Org Admins.

Please note that if your issue is that your account is not yet associated with the correct organization, the Virtual Assistant will not be able to make that connection on your behalf. You must reach out to Customer Service or Partner Support for assistance with that account issue.
