RHBA-2009:1074 - system-config-language bug fix update
Synopsis
system-config-language bug fix update
Type/Severity
Bug Fix Advisory (none)
Topic
An updated system-config-language package that fixes a bug in the locale-list is now available.
Description
system-config-language is a graphical user interface that allows the user to change the default language of the system.
This updated package fixes the following bug:
- the locale-list used by system-config-language (located at /usr/share/system-config-language/locale-list) included latarcyrheb-sun16 as the default Romanian UTF-8 keymap. This keymap did not display the characters s and t (s and t with comma below) or s and t (s and t with cedilla below) properly. With this update the locale-list's Romanian keymap defaults to Lat2-Terminus16, allowing for the correct display of these characters. (BZ#386741)
All users should upgrade to this updated package, which resolves this issue.
