An updated pixman package is now available for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.

Description

Pixman is a pixel manipulation library for the X Window System and cairo.

This update fixes the following bug:

  • The pixman package has been updated to version 0.18, which provides new functionality that is required by SPICE, a remote display protocol used in Red Hat Enterprise Linux for viewing virtualized guests. (BZ#644818)

All users requiring SPICE are advised to upgrade to this updated package, which resolves this issue.
