Updated kvm packages that fix various bugs are now available for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.

Description

KVM (Kernel-based Virtual Machine) is a full virtualization solution for Linux on x86 hardware containing virtualization extensions. It consists of a loadable kernel module, kvm.ko, that provides the core virtualization infrastructure and a processor specific module, kvm-intel.ko or kvm-amd.ko.

These updated kvm packages include a number of bug fixes. Space precludes documenting all of these changes in this advisory. Refer to the Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.7 Technical Notes for information about these changes:

All users of kvm are advised to upgrade to these updated packages, which which provide numerous bug fixes. The system must be rebooted for this update to take effect.
