Updated python-ldap packages that fix several bugs and add various enhancements are now available for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.
Description
The python-ldap packages provide an object-oriented API for working with LDAP within Python programs. It allows access to LDAP directory servers by using the OpenLDAP 2.x libraries, and contains modules for other LDAP-related tasks (including processing LDIF, LDAPURLs, LDAPv3 schema, etc.).
The python-ldap packages have been upgraded to upstream version 2.4.15, which provides a number of bug fixes and enhancements over the previous version, essential for the FreeIPA component. (BZ#1122495)
Users of python-ldap are advised to upgrade to these updated packages, which fix these bugs and add these enhancement
