This update contains the new and improved ovirt-optimizer and its dependencies.

Description

The new ovirt-optimizer release supports the officially packaged Optaplanner 6.4 component (also known from the JBoss jBPM product). It also contains updates that make it compatible with Red Hat Virtualization 4.0.

Changes to the ovirt-optimizer component:

• The Optimizer, which was technology preview, is now fully supported using the official OptaPlanner RPMs. (BZ#1373813)
