An updated Satellite 6.2 Tools package that fixes one bug is now available for Red Hat Satellite.
Description
Red Hat Satellite is a system management solution that allows organizations to configure and maintain their systems without the necessity to provide public Internet access to their servers or other client systems. It performs provisioning and configuration management of predefined standard operating environments.
This update fixes the following bug:
- On Demand and Background download policies are now supported with Red Hat Content (Lazy Synchronization). See https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en/red-hat-satellite/6.2/paged/content-management-guide/chapter-4-importing-red-hat-content for more information on these policies. (BZ#1318339)
Users of Red Hat Satellite Tools on all Red Hat Enterprise Linux versions, are advised to upgrade to this updated package, which fixes this bug.
Solution
Before applying this update, make sure all previously released errata relevant to your system have been applied.
