Updated python-rhsm packages that fix one bug are now available for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.

Description

The python-rhsm packages provide a library for communicating with the representational state transfer (REST) interface of a Red Hat Unified Entitlement Platform. The Subscription Management tools use this interface to manage system entitlements, certificates, and access to content.

This update fixes the following bug:

  • You can use the "no_proxy" environment variable to specify hosts to be excluded in the virt-who configuration from using the proxy server for a specific host or hosts. Due to a bug, the python-rhsm library previously did not process "no_proxy" environment variables correctly when they were used in certain virt-who configurations. With this update, python-rhsm complies with "no_proxy" in all configurations. (BZ#1455549)

Users of python-rhsm are advised to upgrade to these updated packages, which fix this bug.
