Updated fluentd packages that fix several bugs and add various enhancements are now available.

Description

The fluentd package is an open source data collector designed to scale and simplify log management. It can collect, process, and ship many data types in near real-time.

Changes to the fluentd component:

• Rebase package(s) to version: 0.12.31

Highlights, important fixes, or notable enhancements: This is a rebase from 0.12.29.

• output: Add slow_flush_log_threshold parameter
• formatter_csv: Change fields parameter to required. Now accepts both a,b and ["a", "b"]

Packaging:
