Updated augeas packages that fix one bug are now available for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.
Description
Augeas is a configuration editing tool. It parses configuration files in their native formats and transforms them into a tree. Configuration changes are made by manipulating this tree and saving it back into native config files.
This update fixes the following bug:
- Previously, Augeas was not able to parse lines in the /etc/fstab file if they had white spaces at the beginning. This update fixes the Fstab lens of Augeas to correctly ignore white spaces at the beginning of lines. As a result, Augeas now reads /etc/fstab as expected. (BZ#1554927)
Users of augeas are advised to upgrade to these updated packages, which fix this bug.
Solution
