Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform release 4.3.29 is now available with updates to packages and images that fix several bugs.

Description

Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform is Red Hat's cloud computing Kubernetes application platform solution designed for on-premise or private cloud deployments.

This update fixes the following bugs among others:

Previously, the ingress controller added a Forwarded HTTP header with a non-standard proto-version parameter when forwarding an HTTP request to an application. This non-standard header caused problems when applications tried to parse the header value. With this release, the ingress controller no longer specifies a proto-version parameter in the Forwarded header. (BZ#1816540)

You may download the oc tool and use it to inspect release image metadata as follows:

(For x86_64 architecture)

All OpenShift Container Platform 4.3 users are advised to upgrade to these updated packages and images when they are available in the appropriate release channel.
