An update for leapp-repository is now available for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 Extras.

Description

The leapp-repository packages provide modules for the Leapp utility.

The supported in-place upgrade paths currently are:

  • From RHEL 7.9 to RHEL 8.4 and RHEL 8.6 on the 64-bit Intel, IBM POWER 8 (little endian), and IBM Z architectures.

  • From RHEL 7.9 to RHEL 8.2 and RHEL 8.6 on systems with SAP HANA. To ensure your system with SAP HANA remains supported after upgrading to RHEL 8.2, enable the RHEL 8.2 Update Services for SAP Solutions (E4S) repositories.

Bug Fix(es):

  • Fix the set of required YUM repositories when upgrading the Satellite server (BZ#2087144)

  • Enable the expected module streams when upgrading the Satellite server (BZ#2089887)

  • PostgreSQL permissions are broken after LEAPP upgrade when PostgreSQL is on dedicated partition (BZ#2104730, BZ#2111835)
