RHBA-2023:1282 - Red Hat OpenShift Data Foundation 4.10.11 Bug Fix Update
Synopsis
Red Hat OpenShift Data Foundation 4.10.11 Bug Fix Update
Type/Severity
Bug Fix Advisory None
Topic
Updated images that fix several bugs are now available for Red Hat OpenShift Data Foundation 4.10.11 on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 from Red Hat Container Registry.
Description
Red Hat OpenShift Data Foundation is software-defined storage integrated with and optimized for the Red Hat OpenShift Data Foundation. Red Hat OpenShift Data Foundation is a highly scalable, production-grade persistent storage for stateful applications running in the Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform. In addition to persistent storage, Red Hat OpenShift Data Foundation provisions a multicloud data management service with an S3 compatible API.
Bug Fixes:
-
Previously, due to an override of the OpenShift Data Foundation operator to the Multicloud Object Gateway (MCG) requested resources, incorrect resources were requested. With this release, the OpenShift Data Foundation operator is stopped from reconciling the MCG requested resources. (BZ#2170424)
-
Previously, the default container created in Azure was with public access enabled. With this fix, the default container created will not have public access enabled which means
AllowBlobPublicAccessis set to false. (BZ#2170477)
All Red Hat OpenShift Container Storage users are advised to upgrade to these updated images.
