Synopsis

Type/Severity
Bug Fix Advisory None
Topic
An update is now available for Red Hat Satellite 6.16 for RHEL 8 and RHEL 9.
Description
Red Hat Satellite is a system management solution that allows organizations to configure and maintain their systems without the necessity to provide public Internet access to their servers or other client systems. It performs provisioning and configuration management of predefined standard operating environments.
Bug Fix(es):
-
Can't register systems with bond interface named bond-
AND a tagged vlan on the same interface (SAT-40670) -
Repetitive recalculation of Katello::RepositoryTypeManager.enabled_repository_types makes katello:correct_repositories very slow (SAT-41005)
-
ERROR: nextval: reached maximum value of sequence "katello_erratum_packages_id_seq" during concurrent repository sync plan executions (SAT-41007)
-
Can't delete hosts due to type null host statuses (SAT-41008)
Users of Red Hat Satellite are advised to upgrade to these updated packages, which fix these bugs.
