Red Hat Gluster Storage 3.1, which fixes several bugs and adds various enhancements, is now available for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.

Description

Red Hat Gluster Storage is software-only, scale-out storage that provides flexible and affordable unstructured data storage for an enterprise. GlusterFS, a key building block of Red Hat Gluster Storage, is based on a stackable user-space design and can deliver exceptional performance for diverse workloads. GlusterFS aggregates various storage servers over network interconnections into one large, parallel network file system.

This update adds the following enhancement:

• The updated packages for the Glusterfs native client have been rebased in the Red Hat Common channel. (BZ# 1221585)

Users of Red Hat Gluster Storage are advised to upgrade to these updated packages, which fix these bugs and add these enhancements.
