New batik package that provides needed dependency for RHV 4.0 is now available.

Description

The batik packages provide the Batik toolkit based on Java technology. This toolkit is used by applications that use images in the Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) format for various purposes, such as viewing, generation, or manipulation.
