Synopsis
pyserial bug fix and enhancement update for RHV 4.0

Product Enhancement Advisory None
Topic
Updated pyserial packages are now available.
Description
This module encapsulates the access for the serial port. It provides backends for standard Python running on Windows, Linux, BSD (possibly any POSIX-compliant system) and Jython. The module named "serial" automatically selects the appropriate backend.
Changes to the pyserial component:
- The pyserial package, previously provided only by the RHEL Optional repository, is now also available in the RHV repository, dropping the requirement on the RHEL Optional repository. (BZ#1356154)
