Topic

Updated glusterfs packages that fix several bugs and add various enhancements are now available for Red Hat Gluster Storage 3.5 on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.

Description

Red Hat Gluster Storage is a software-only scale-out storage solution that provides flexible and affordable unstructured data storage. It unifies data storage and infrastructure, increases performance, and improves availability and manageability to meet enterprise-level storage challenges.

The glusterfs packages have been rebased to upstream version 6.

These updated glusterfs packages include numerous bug fixes and enhancements. Space precludes documenting all of these changes in this advisory. Users are directed to the Red Hat Gluster Storage 3.5 Release Notes for information on the most significant of these changes:

All users of glusterfs are advised to upgrade to these updated packages, which provide numerous bug fixes and enhancements.
