Does Red Hat support Red Hat Gluster Storage as a shared storage for JBoss AMQ 6.x?

Issue

We are wondering if Red Hat supports using Red Hat Gluster Storage with JBoss A-MQ? We are looking into the possibility of replacing our current solution with NFS (where we have our kahadb store) against a Red Hat Gluster Storage solution.

Resolution

Red Hat Gluster Storage is supported via its NFSv4 interface with JBoss A-MQ & JBoss Fuse. We strongly recommend using 3-way replicated Gluster volumes for this use-case. For the FUSE/native client follow the Architecture Review Process for Red Hat Gluster Storage as discussed here
