Resolution

• Fence_kdump is only provided with RHEL 6.2+ (with the High Availability add on).
• RHEL 5 (with the High Availability add on) does not provide fence_kdump.
  • Since RHEL 5 does not provide fence_kdump then read this article that describes another method for capturing kernel panics.
