Puppet reports view show the maximum event number displayed is 63regardless of how many more issues are "Pending" or "Applied".

Diagnostic Steps
- On Red Hat Satellite GUI see Puppet reports view at following:
Hosts => All hosts => Click on Client FQDN => Click on Report => See last report "Applied/Pending" status.
- On Red Hat Satellite CLI see below using
hammer:
