EAP 6 default-session-timeout doesn't apply

Environment

• JBoss Enterprise Application Platform (EAP) 6.4.x

Issue

• We set a default-session-timeout in our web subsystem, but it doesn't apply. A 30 minute timeout is used instead. We note this for any application containing a <session-config> in its web.xml

Resolution

• As a workaround, set the session timeout in any application web.xmls containing a <session-config>
• Upgrade to 6.4.20+
