Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform (EAP) 7.1

Issue

• A pool is configured with <prefill>false</prefill> and <use-strict-min>false</use-strict-min>
• The pool is not used but is prefilled to min-pool-size when the idle remover thread runs

Resolution
