Red Hat Satellite provisioning fails when using UEFI boot on external DHCP.

Environment

• Red Hat Satellite 6.3.

Issue

• When provisioning a VM from Satellite it fails with an error.

> error: invalid filename 'boot/fdi-image-rhel_7-vmlinuz'

• Provisioning fails with Satellite when using an external DHCP server.

Resolution

• The external DHCP configuration was set to use bootx64.efi when a VM boot with the DHCP provided IP.

• Change the firmware in the DHCP configuration to use grubx64.efi.
