Issue

How can private repositories from Docker HUB be synchronized?

Resolution

Update to Satellite 6.4 as we can see on the errata.

Root Cause

Synchronize private Docker images from Docker HUB was not supported until Satellite 6.4.

Diagnostic Steps

Create a docker repository with an external docker private repository from Docker HUB.

Try to synchronize the image and get the following error:

DKR1007: Could not fetch repository repo/docker-image from registry https://registry-1.docker.io/ - Unauthorized or Not Found
