How to Remove lifecycle environment on Red Hat Satellite 6?

• How to change the sequence of lifecycle environment on Red Hat Satellite 6?
• How to remove lifecycle environment without affecting its successor lifecycle environment?

Resolution

• The Latest Life Cycle Environments can be deleted from the Life Cycle Environment path by following the below given method:

  Navigate to Satellite WebUI >> Content >> Lifecycle Environments >> Click on the name of lifecycle environment which you want to remove >> Remove.

Note: Only the latest lifecycle environment in the environment path can be deleted. A lifecycle environment which has a successor lifecycle environment can't be removed from Red Hat Satellite server. Once a lifecycle environment path is created, the sequence of the lifecycle environments can not be changed.
