Resolution

• First of all, create the manifest by following the steps given in this article.
• Login to Red Hat Customer Portal >> SUBSCRIPTIONS >> Subscription Allocation >> Click on the manifest/subscription allocation >> Export Manifest
• The above steps need an Org-Admin right to manipulate the subscription and exporting the manifest.
