Issue
- Unable to set a new permanent password for the OPENTLC account
Resolution

Once you have been added to the OPENTLC lab access and if you have not yet set a permanent password for your account, an automated email will be delivered to your company email server that contains your OPENTLC username and a temporary password.
-
If you do not see the automated email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still do not see the email, check with your email administrator to be sure that you can receive emails from 'OPENTLC noreply@opentlc.com via sendgrid.softlayer.com'. You cannot use the OPENTLC lab environment if you are not receiving emails from OPENTLC.
-
