Can I upgrade an existing or provision a new RHV environment to RHV 4.3 via Satellite 5.8?

Resolution

RHV 4.3 will not be available via Satellite 5.8.
It is recommended to transition the Satellite 5.8 system to Satellite 6 as explained in https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_satellite/6.4/html/transitioning_from_red_hat_satellite_5_to_red_hat_satellite_6/

Root Cause

RHV 4.3 is EOL after Sat 5.8 EOL of May 2020. This is why the customers that are still using Satellite 5.8 should plan ahead to keep their environment up to date and transition to Satellite 6.
