LVM startup message "File-based locking initialisation failed" in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.6

Issue

During boot time, following messages related to Logical Volume are seen:

     Setting up Logical Volume Management: File-based locking initialisation failed

Resolution

These messages are not harmful and can be safely ignored.
Update the lvm2 package to solve this warning.

Root Cause

As per This content is not included.BZ#671459, the problem is with /sbin/lvm.static vgchange -a y --ignorelockingfailure in initscripts.
Based in the BugZilla, this bug was fixed in the errata RHBA-2011-1071
