Resolution
- These messages are not harmful and can be safely ignored.
- Update the lvm2 package to solve this warning.
Root Cause
- As per This content is not included.BZ#671459, the problem is with
/sbin/lvm.static vgchange -a y --ignorelockingfailurein initscripts. - Based in the BugZilla, this bug was fixed in the errata RHBA-2011-1071
