IBM HeapAnalyzer Inconsistencies with Eclipse Memory Analyzer (MAT) Tool

Issue

• The Content from www.ibm.com is not included.IBM HeapAnalyzer tool is reporting a leak in the CachedConnectionManager connectionStackTraces WeakHashMap.
• The Content from www.eclipse.org is not included.Eclipse Memory Analyzer Tool (MAT) is not showing any significant retention in the CachedConnectionManager connectionStackTraces WeakHashMap.
• The IBM HeapAnalyzer is reporting a larger heap size than the Eclipse Memory Analyzer Tool (MAT).

Resolution

The IBM HeapAnalyzer tool is no longer being maintained, and the Eclipse MAT tool should be used for analysis.
