Upgrade to Red Hat Satellite 6.6 fails with the error: Could not retrieve information from environment production source(s) file:/boot/efi/EFI/redhat/grubx64.efi

Issue

The upgrade from Red Hat Satellite 6.5 to 6.6 is failing due to the below errors:

  Upgrade Step: Running installer...

 /Stage[main]/Foreman_proxy::Tftp::Netboot/File[/var/lib/tftpboot/grub2 
   / grubx64.efi]: Could not evaluate: Could not retrieve information from 
   environment production source(s) file:/boot/efi/EFI/redhat/grubx64.efi

Resolution

The package grub2-efi needs to be reinstalled and then re-run the upgrade:
```
# yum reinstall grub2-efi
```
