Unable to select Content Access Mode on satellite allocation in RHSM

Issue

I'm a customer that has simple content access enabled on my account and I am unable to select the content access mode on my Satellite 6.3+ allocation.

Resolution

Only organizational administrators will have the option to select content access mode on a Satellite 6.3+ allocation in RHSM.
The user must contact their account organizational admin for this role.

Root Cause

User is not an organizational administrator on the account

Diagnostic Steps

-Confirm that the account is enabled for simple content access
-Confirm that the subscription allocation is Satellite 6.3 or higher
-Confirm that the user is an org admin on the account
