How to use cores/sockets from a particular SLA in subscription-watch (Red Hat Openshift)

Issue
- My threshold for {Premium, Standard} SLA has been met or exceeded, how do I move cores/sockets to another SLA to lower my usage?
- All cores are consuming a particular SLA, how can I make them consume from another SLA?
Resolution
Core consumption information is gathered from all clusters listed on the Cluster page of This content is not included.Red Hat Openshift Cluster Management. Each cluster has the ability to designate the support type each cluster should be using from the Subscription Settings at the initialization of the cluster, or afterward.
To change the support type of a cluster after it has been initialized on Red Hat Openshift Cluster Management, simply click the 3 dots at the far right side of the row of the name of the cluster and select "Edit subscription settings" as shown below:
On the pop-up screen, option 1 provides radio buttons for various levels of support. Choose the one that best defines the purpose of the cluster and click the Save settings button at the bottom of the pop up:
