Why Satellite services remain stopped after a failed offline backup?

- Red Hat Satellite 6.
Issue

After a failed offline backup, Satellite services are not restarted and Satellite is unavailable:

Why Satellite services are not restarted after a failed offline backup?

- This bug has been fixed in Red Hat Satellite 6.10 based on This content is not included.Bug 1962842 - Satellite back up fails, and leaves Satellite in maintenance mode with services stopped by the release of RHBA-2021:4697 - Bug Fix Advisory
