• Satellite 6.x upgrade fails with:

Resolution

• Remove the rubygem-facter rpm from satellite.

   # satellite-maintain packages unlock
   # yum remove rubygem-facter
   # satellite-maintain packages lock
  

Once done, repeat the upgrade process again.
