Openshift 4 on Azure - accelerated networking

Issue
Deploying Openshift Container Platform 4 on Azure, Content from docs.microsoft.com is not included.accelerated networking is not configured. This feature enables much faster instance-to-instance communication, both within openshift Container Platform cluster but also with external endpoints (data stores, ..) on the same vnet.
Microsoft's recommendation is to enable accelerated networking but Red Hat didn't test it yet. This is a simple az-cli command, but requires the node be shutdown first. Instructions to do so are at:

Resolution
