Resolution

Case 1. Corporate Account (blank Display Name)

  • Subscription Certificate under Corporate Account with blank This content is not included.Display Name, will show 'Company Name' only.
  • The 'Company Name' reflects the company name of your login ID
  • Should the company name needs to be changed, please Contact This content is not included.Red Hat Customer Service. Please note that the company name cannot be changed for some accounts and under certain circumstances.
  • Personal Information Page of Corporate Account looks like this:

Case 2. Corportate Account with Display Name

  • Subscription Certificate under Corporate Account with a Display Name, will show both 'Company Name' and 'Display Name'.
  • 'Display Name' is the name customer separately put under the This content is not included.Personal Information page of the Customer Portal
  • The 'Display Name' was meant to show company name in local language
    If 'Display Name' is blank, it will only show 'Company Name' of the login ID as per above (case 1)
