• Custom/third party repositories are unaffected after enabling Simple Content Access feature on Red Hat Satellite 6.

• Custom repositories will be enabled by default on the Content Hosts.

Diagnostic Steps

• Execute the following commands on the Content Host to confirm that the custom/third party repositories are enabled by default on the Content Host:

     # subscription-manager list --consumed
     No consumed subscription pools were found.
  
     # subscription-manager status

     Overall Status: Disabled
     Content Access Mode is set to Simple Content Access. This host has access to content, regardless of subscription status.
