Virtual Machine Console not working after upgrade RHV to 4.4

Environment

• Red Hat Virtualization 4.4
• Spice Proxy

Issue

• Virtual Machine Spice Console does not work after the Manager got upgraded to RHV 4.4
• Unable to access virtual machine console using spice

Resolution

• Redo the Spice Proxy setup as documented in RHV 4.4 Admin Guide

Root Cause

• The squid-packages are not installed automatically during RHV setup during the upgrade process.
