Capsule sync fails with Connection timed out error

Environment

• Red Hat Satellite 6.12 or older
• Red Hat Satellite Capsule 6

Issue

• Capsule Sync task stucked with below error.

  Connection timed out - connect for capsule-ip:443 (Errno::ETIMEDOUT) (Faraday::ConnectionFailed)

Root Cause
