A blank content-view page is displayed in Satellite web UI when using non-English language

Environment

Red Hat Satellite 6.12

Issue

• The "content views" tab is not displayed when satellite is in French.
• Problem Content View in GUI EMPTY when using non-English language for Satellite web UI:
  • cs_CZ
  • es
  • fr
  • it
  • ja
  • ko
  • pt_BR
  • ru
  • zh_CN
  • zh_TW

Resolution

This content is not included.Bug 2151564 - Content view in French/Italian language doesn't show has been raised to address and fix this issue.

Diagnostic Steps

• Check /var/log/foreman/production.log and looks like something like this:

Started GET "/content_views"
Processing by Katello::ReactController#index as HTML

instead of:

Started GET "/katello/api/v2/content_views
Processing by Katello::Api::V2::OrganizationsController#show as JSON
