Issue

  • Leapp upgrade of Red Hat Satellite Capsule fails with the following error.

    STDERR:
The following modules were requested to be enabled, but they are unavailable: satellite-capsule:el8

Resolution

  • Ensure that the following repositories are enabled and synchronized on the Satellite.

    Red Hat Satellite Capsule 6.11 for RHEL 8 x86_64 RPMs
    Red Hat Satellite Maintenance 6.11 for RHEL 8 x86_64 RPMs

  • If the capsule is associated with a Content View, add the repositories to the Content View and publish and promote a new version.
