Environment

• Red Hat Satellite 6
• Red Hat Capsule 6

Issue

• Red Hat Capsule fails with the following error during synchronization:

  last sync failed because "capsule.example.com is unreachable. Failed to open TCP connection to capsule.example.com:443 (No route to host - connect(2) for "capsule.example.com" port 443)"
  

Resolution

• Ensure that the network connectivity between Red Hat Satellite and Capsule Server is not being affected due to the interference of Firewall or Proxy Server.

• Ensure that port 443 is open on the Capsule Server to allow communication from Red Hat Satellite.
