  • Why does the daily synchronization plan occur at a time that differs from the scheduled time?

Resolution

  • The problem arises from a discrepancy in timezone between the system and the user responsible for scheduling the sync plan.

  • To modify the user's timezone, navigate to the specified path:

    Satellite Web UI >> Administer >> Users >> Select the User >> Timezone >> Select the preferred Timezone.
