Can the cron lines for recurring logic on Red Hat Satellite 6.x be edited?

Recurring logic has wired cron line that cannot be edited , sometimes the default time is in conflict with specific operation and need be changed.

This content is not included.Bug 2135792 - Make Recurring Logic Cron lines editable has been raised to address and fix this issue
