Ceph: Cephadm attempts to bind Grafana to all (::) interfaces when IPv6 networks list is provided. Cephadm doesn't support IPv6 for Grafana Prometheus, etc.

Issue
Cephadm attempts to bind Grafana to all (::) interfaces when IPv6 networks list is provided. Cephadm doesn't support IPv6 for Grafana Prometheus, etc.
Resolution
RHCS Development is working on an RFE to Cephadm to support Grafana, Prometheus and other containers when the endpoint is an IPv6 IP address. Currently, the change is planned for RHCS 6.1z7 and RHCS 7.1. These target releases are subject to change.
