Issue

RHACM,MCEandmonitoringplugins are inFailedstate. -
ObserveTab not visible in RHOCP consoleAdministratorview.Failed to get a valid plugin manifest from /api/plugins/monitoring-plugin/ SyntaxError: Unexpected end of JSON input
Resolution

The issue has been fixed in RHOCP version
4.14.11as a part of ERRATA RHSA-2024:0642. -
If upgrading the cluster immediately is not possible,There are a few workaround to mitigate this problem.

Workaround 1
Bypassingthecachewith a hardrefresh(CTRL+SHIFT+R)ifMozilla Firefoxis used.

Workaround 2
Disable cacheusingDeveloper Toolsin the browser or else use aprivatewindow.
Browser --> More Tools --> Developer Tools --> Setting Tab (Top Right) --> Preference --> Network --> Disable Cache
